Signed on the base "Math Moreau" for Mathurin Moreau (1822 - 1922).
Mathurin Moreau , is a French sculptor renowned for decorative sculptures , his brothers Hippolyte and Auguste are also sculptors.
Louis XVI style, a French work circa 1860 - 1870.
