"India 19th: Deities Of The Hindu Pantheon."
The Hindu pantheon is my teeming world, where animals endowed with great powers and reason, and creatures sometimes closer to humans, meet. These subjects in carved wood and papier-mâché, enhanced with gold, silver and variegated colors belong to this carousel of symbols. Made in the 19th century, they charm the spectator with their precious costumes, and for one ... his green skin. A small accident on the lobe of an ear (curiously each one), they are in good condition, the colors very bright.
