Indoor Marble Wine Fountain: Child Bacchus On A Barrel, 19th Century

A rare and ingenious indoor fountain probably intended to offer wine and representing the god Bacchus as a crowned child and dressed in vine branches and bunches of grapes, his arm raised holding a cup with a smile.
He is sitting on a barrel, itself placed on a rock.
The god of wine is represented in the form of a chubby and happy child.
Very good general condition, one toe slightly worn, a finger is missing on the left hand and the cup has some chips.
The head seems to have been glued or consolidated a long time ago.
The barrel has a bronze or brass tap in the shape of a dolphin, a metal pipe system comes out at the back to allow the operation of the fountain, hidden on the back using an amalgam of cement in the marble rock.
I think it is possible to make this system work again.
