Small oval reliquary containing a relic of the True Cross of Christ (De Vera Cruce), carefully presented on a red woven silk background, with an applied paper cross and a perfectly legible handwritten identification band.
The mount is in gilt brass, oval in shape, typical of 19th century pocket or transport reliquaries.
The back has a perfectly preserved episcopal red wax seal, sealing the relic with red threads – a guarantee of authenticity.
