Iconic LC 3 Grand Confort sofa, designed by Charlotte Perriand, Charles-Edouard and Pierre Jeanneret (Le Corbusier). Cassina edition, acquired by its first owner around 1974 (serial no. 002649). Such a well-preserved LC 3 sofa in fawn leather is extremely rare, the grain of the leather is deep, supple and satiny, its 50 years of luster give its leather an exclusive patina nuanced fawn / honey.
