Charming bookcase that can be used as a display case with ideal dimensions.
A restoration period bookcase from the first half of the 19th century in the style of the Directoire in solid walnut and walnut veneer.
It has retained its four old panes, slightly bubbled in places.
As well as its old-fashioned bronze and brass cremone system.
Its original lock and key that work as well as its Directoire brass lock entries.
The sides are dab in walnut veneer.
The backs are original.
The top is in walnut.
The doors are mounted with miter cuts.
The shelves are in white wood and the nose is in walnut veneer for more elegance.
It rests on 4 tapered legs in the Louis XVI style in the spirit of the Directoire.
No attack from wood-eating insects.
A preventive treatment was carried out in the workshop.
Very good general condition and beautiful blond walnut patina.

A bookcase that can be used as a display case in proportions very easy to place.
