Raingo Frères in Paris. Louis XVI mantel clock in gilt bronze with a white enamel dial with blue Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes. Entablature of a gilt bronze shuttle. Movement signed Raingo Frères in Paris. Movement not verified. Minor wear to the patina. France, 19th century. Dimensions: 41 cm x 22.5 cm x 15 cm. The workshop was then located at 202 rue Veille du Temple in Paris. The Raingo brothers' works can be found in various museums including the Musée des Arts et Métiers in Paris, the Royal Museums of Art and History in Brussels, the Museo Poldi Pezzoli in Milan and the Palacio Real in Madrid.
