(Not finding anything similar in my documentation, and not being an expert at all, I describe it to you without guarantee of accuracy with my apologies):
beautiful triangular wrought iron ring key, pierced, direct forging, solid shank, curved bit, lateral to the right, 3-pronged hook.
A Roman system, both vertical and lateral movement and which must have continued after the end of the Empire.
The forging work is reminiscent of the Roman period in France or Italy.
Perhaps collectors have suggestions that could help me?
Here are measurements: 8.5cm and 4.2cm.
