Aubusson tapestry "Verdure with Animals," Louis XIV period, early 18th century.
In the foreground, we see a dog running after a wild boar and a duck taking flight near a stream crossing the landscape.
The whole is set against a green, tree-lined background.
Very well-preserved, with luminous colors.
The tapestry is fully lined, with its hanging system, restored by the "Chevalier Conservation" company in 2008. The label is sewn onto the lining.
