Louis XVI Period Painted And Gilded Wooden Mirror
Important mirror (1.30 m high) in painted and gilded wood, the pediment decorated with a dove symbolizing peace, surrounded by a flame, a quiver and laurel branches. The mercury mirror is embedded in a decoration of pearls, oves and laurel falls on the sides. Original parquet flooring. This mirror from the 1780s is in its original condition, note some chips in the paint and gilding. Delivery at the buyer's expense.
