Architecture in patinated bronze, very finely chiseled bronze ornamentation, mercury gilding with gold. The facade is richly decorated with rosettes and a large chiseled frieze of swans framing a lyre. Large bronze dial very richly chiseled in the center of foliage and its surround with rich palmettes. At the top triumphs a splendid basin richly chiseled in high relief of acanthus leaves decorated with ram's heads as handles.
