A pair of antique Chinese temple door supports or brackets, Qing Dynasty period, 17th/18th century, stone with carvings of Fo dogs or Buddhist lions, seated on tanggu (ceremonial drums) on large pedestals. Finely carved detail with emblems of dragons chasing the pearl, birds and peonies, a chimera mask on the edge. Wear consistent with age.
