Small Transition style chest of drawers in rosewood and rosewood marquetry with lemonwood and stained wood fillets. This Parisian-made piece of furniture opens with three drawers whose curved fronts are inlaid with rosewood surrounded by green stained wood fillets and a rosewood frame. Each drawer has leafy bronze pull handles, a functional lock and a chiseled bronze entry. The lower crosspiece is decorated with a corbel decorated with an acanthus leaf. The sides, also animated, have rosewood leaves arranged in a butterfly shape. The rosewood uprights have bronze falls and end with feet decorated with bronze fittings. This piece of furniture is topped with a red marble with a bec-de-corbin.
