Superb trunk or strongbox key, France, circa 1790/1800, 14cm with, cloverleaf profile full shank, well beyond the rectangular bit with an S profile, open holes and 4-tooth muzzle.
The classic ring, with "frog legs", is fixed in a triangle on a boss with false collar, turned base, a rare and neat model.
14cm x 4.3cm, Good condition, normal wear, the previous owner had it polished, it is quite successful.
