Wood, gold leaf applications, silk velvet.
Measurements: height 118 cm, length 72 cm, depth 52 cm
A very fine pair of Louis XV style armchairs in carved wood, of Roman manufacture. The backrest, as well as the armrests and legs, are richly decorated with acanthus leaves, shell motifs and six-petal flowers. The seats are lined with purple silk velvet.
