Michel Norga is the son of the sculptor Franz Norga and brother of the sculptor Norga. Born in Ghent, he will settle with Sylvain in Brussels in 1920. He will mainly work in the foundry on casting as well as to execute the patinas. He will execute some sculptures. In 1935 his brother Sylvain will sell the foundry as well as the drawing rights. Michel will stay on site to work in the foundry sold to Marcel Choux
