TWO CAVALIERS of the SAHARAN METARIST COMPANY on their DROMADAIRE

(accident and missing)
One of the two men is sitting on a North African saddle and is dressed in such a way as to be protected from the sand and sun. He is riding his dromedary with a firearm in his hand. His mount is wearing a polychrome saddle cloth with tassels and an ornament on the neck.
The other rider holds in his right hand a tricolour flag with the words ‘Escadron de méhariste’ in gold lettering.
