Pastel painting from the 18th century depicting a young woman of quality or Queen Marie Antoinette. Very beautiful large piece, 89cm high by 74cm wide in the frame. Excellent condition of the whole as well as the colors which have kept all their original freshness giving this painting all the decorative power wanted by the artist. Note the finesse of the model's features and the quality of treatment of the flowers on the bodice. Very beautiful oval frame in gilded wood worked in several golds.
