Magnificent pair of large polychrome carved oak cherubs from the 17th century. Superb original patina "never touched". Beautiful quality of sculpture, very strong expressiveness and beautiful treatment of the draperies. These sculptures must have come from a larger set, most likely from a 17th century Baroque altar. Modern steel bases 20/20cm. Good condition (accidents and losses).
