Small oil on wood panel depicting a man in 18th century costume playing the lute in front of couples dancing in a park, probably a masked ball. The painting is signed lower left Meayem Caodbt. It is framed in a Montparnasse frame in wood and painted and patinated stucco which has some losses and accidents. The panel alone measures 24x18.6 cm.
