Beautiful and rare LAMP called "sanctuary" in copper and gilded brass of hemispherical shape decorated with twelve large embossed gadroons surrounded by matted areas. A large flamed ovoid motif occupies the central part. It is fitted with three chains with oval rings forming hangers.
Diameter: 31 cm.
Total height: approximately 75 cm.
FRANCE, End of the 17th or beginning of the 18th century


In very good condition with well-preserved gilding and beautiful quality of finish.
