Pair Of Castle Armchairs
Important pair of high-backed, flat walnut armchairs, with flat armrests, straight legs joined by crosspieces. For the decor, the backs are covered in embossed and gilded leather, the seats and leathers are held in place by large brass nails. Missing a nail or two, a crosspiece with old wormholes and the trimmings worn in places, deserve cleaning and polishing. Haute époque style 19th century.
