Cylindrical kobako on a tripod base in kinji lacquer, decorated in hira maki e with gold and silver lacquer flowers (notably chrysanthemum, wisteria, lily and others).
The inside of the lid, the box and the underside of the base in nashiji lacquer. The base in red lacquer with a decoration in reserves on a background of silver kirikane, foliage and flowers from a “hanabishi” mon (hana = flower, hishi = diamond).
Small dents and slight losses at the base of the lid.
