Very interesting painting in excellent original condition signed lower right decorated with its original carved wooden frame. Charles Jacques, 1879-1959, was an excellent painter of rural subjects, farmyards, herds, who practiced his art successfully at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.
