The Washerwomen. Canvas Signed V. Colson." Very pretty canvas depicting washerwomen and women conversing on the steps of a house. Beautiful fountain and foliage shading the house. The canvas was well relined previously, for two small accidents (small). These accidents were rather clumsily restored and it would be appropriate to have them taken up by a restorer, it is not much, but I point it out. Very beautiful dimensions, the canvas alone, 65 cm x 54 cm (15 P). In a superb original frame, 85 cm x 74 cm. It is a painting of beautiful quality and a very charming subject.
