Very charming Louis XVI / Directoire style cabriolet armchair from the Directoire period, 18th century. This very pretty armchair is made of molded beech wood, with a curved back. The armrest console is made of baluster, carved with a diamond. The tapered legs are finished with spinning tops characteristic of the Louis XVI style. The rear base is saber. The armchair is covered with a magnificent yellow and pink toile de jouy. The colors are elegant and wonderful and bring the armchair to life.
