In the center is a small icon with the dimensions 12.2 cm x 10.5 cm, the icon of the Passion "Strastnaja", on it the Mandylion of Christ. In the left wing the angel of the Annunciation and the Saint Constantine and the Saint Anna. In the right wing the Mother of God and the Saint John and the Saint Anastasia.
Time of its creation around 1700 or earlier.
