Eugène Henri Cauchois Pupil of Duboc and Cabanel.
He made his debut at the Salon of 1874 - Member of the French Artists since 1890. He obtained a bronze medal in 1900 and a second class in 1904. During the last years of his life he devoted himself to decorative painting; thus he painted in a school in the 7th arrondissement, in Paris, a series of panels of flowers of all seasons.
