Freemason Master Apron, English Model, Silver Pendants And Square, Mid-20th Century
This Master Mason's apron is of English origin in lambskin, which represents innocence. There are three rosettes, the blue symbolizes kindness, loyalty and gentleness. The pendants and the square are in silver, on which we can read the following inscriptions "PRESENTED TO W.BRO. HENRY WILLIAM PAUL.PM BY THE BRETHREN OF THE BRIXTON LODGE No 1949" "IN RECOGNTION OF THE ABLE AND EFFICIENT MANNER HE HAS PERFORMED IS DUTY AS WM FEBUARY 1 st 1941" The frame is original and the apron in perfect condition.
