Genoese Chandelier H90cm, In Gilded Wood And Crystal, Late 18th Early 19th Century
Large Genoese chandelier, in gilded wood and crystal pendants, in elegantly intertwined garlands, shaded with colors (blue and orange) late 18th and early 19th century.
The central wooden shaft is gilded, the 6 light arms are made of iron.
Genoese chandeliers are typical of this Italian region, they are found in all the palaces of Genoa: they are also available with colored pendants, Murano pearls, with a more or less complex "lacing" of the crystal chains.
Chic, they fit in both a classic and contemporary interior.
Chandelier as is: the pendants are complete, but the gilding is missing and the wood is cracked (see photos) - Electricity to be reviewed.
Height 95 cm
Diameter approx. 90 cm
