Renaissance style cathedral in oak" Renaissance cathedral with high carved back, 18th century. The seat lifts and gives access to a chest. This armchair was made in finely carved oak, in the last decades of the 18th century , we find the straight and high back as well as sculpted motifs reminiscent of those of cathedrals and in particular the frames of rosettes and pinnacles in relief representing Gothic windows.
