Large circular screen fan on foot carved in rosewood from the restoration period - Charles X. Delicate pleated canvas painted in tempered oil deploying a large circular fan 73 cm in diameter. Canvas revealing a decoration of birds and butterflies on a background of dotted flowers. Its tripose base on its axis is nicely sculpted going up to the center. (Slight small tears and wear due to age). Superb and original old piece from the 19th century presented as is.
