Antique snuffbox in red tortoiseshell Vernis Martin, depicting Louis XVI style court scenes, palace facades and gardens with figures overall: lid, sides and bottom.
Very nice detailed scenes, little wear as can be seen in the photos and a thin metal bar on the lid missing. Hard to notice.
In fairly good general condition, two small lines on the side of the cover but no repairs.
