The sculpted volute armrests decorated at their end with a large acanthus leaf resting on a baluster-shaped column echoing the base. A high back in a gendarme hat completes the decor. Private collection, from a castle in Burgundy. In perfect condition. Dimensions: h.122 cm x l.67 cm d.50 cm. Armchairs dating from the Louis XIV period, 17th century.
