Vintage pendant whose setting is formed of a basket made of alternating smooth or twisted gold wires which holds in its center in a closed setting, a mother-of-pearl engraved with a Virgin and its drape on the front and the message "Souvenir of first communion" on the back. The bail is made of twisted gold wire.
