Old Sapphire Diamond Duchess Ring

Called the duchess ring, the top of this antique ring is composed of a pear-shaped blue sapphire accompanied, on the contrary, by an antique brilliant-cut diamond. The whole on an asymmetrical openwork pattern, set with old brilliant cut diamonds and cut in pink.
