“radium” Tiltable Table Lamp
Modernist table lamp with articulated arm and adjustable reflector, unidentified edition from the 1950s/60s. A rare model with a functional and clean design. The reflector is perforated with small, pale green discs that glow in the dark, reminiscent of the phosphorescent effect of radium, once used on watch dials. Maximum height 73 cm, reflector diameter 31.5 cm (base diameter 20 cm). Some signs of normal wear on the base (see photo).
