On both sides, two 1.5 cm wide black patent leather braids are sewn in a V, framing a sky blue lacquered brass vent placed at the top. Black waxed leather cap. Round visor in black patent leather. Brass front plate stamped in relief with a flaming bomb surmounting a ribbon bearing the inscription “SPECIAL MILITARY SCHOOL”. Roundel in white iron stamped with rays, tricolor lacquered. Inner headdress made up of a black waxed leather headband. France period war of 14/18. Good general condition, with traces of use.
