"Hair Tiara, Comb, Empire Period"
Empire period tiara. The comb is silver. The headband is in gilded copper, decorated with flowers and foliage. The gilding has retained all its shine and remains very shiny. Hare's head hallmark on comb as well as two other hallmarks to be identified. It measures approximately 6,41 inches from side to side and high 3,82 inches. Very good condition. France, early 19th century, around 1810.
