Basaltic black stone stele representing Padmapani standing in tribanga. The bodhisattva of compassion is represented here in the form of the lotus bearer, the stem of which he holds in his left hand and the flower blooms above his shoulder. Dressed in a dhoti, adorned with jewelry, serene face, hair styled in a bun, right hand in varadamudra, left hand holding the rod. Dimensions: Height: 33 cm; width: 16 cm; depth: 10 cm. Origin Nepal. Conditions: Remarkable condition, some gaps and slight erosions in certain places. Period: Mid-13th century - Appraised by JL.Estournel AAOARTS.
