"Bronze Bull Sculpture After C. Fratin" SPLENDID TRIUMPHANT BRONZE BULL AFTER FRATIN. Christophe Fratin, born in Metz on January 1, 1801 and died in Raincy on August 17, 1864, is a French animal sculptor. Proof with brown & golden patina ca. 1850 sun: terrace of the sculpture 36.5 x18 cm Ht 41 cm and with the marble base 40 cm without reproduction rights" to overcome its recurring financial difficulties. It is therefore preferable that the bronze is anonymous and from the artist's period, rather than posthumous with a dubious signature.
