Table and 6 chairs, Scandinavian extendable dining room in teak and rosewood by HW Klein for Bramin, Denmark, 1960 Scandinavian dining room designed by Henry Walter Klein, manufactured in Denmark by Bramin including a table with a large integrated 60 cm extension leaf which stores under the top and 6 chairs in black leather version. Very beautiful design and quality manufacturing with soft, shapely curves. Very beautiful work of assembling solid blond teak and rosewood on the corners for the table and chairs. Solid teak spindle base mounted with metal spacers. Very good general condition, the wood has been restored by a professional craftsman (stain-resistant varnish). No flaw. Stamped Bramin. Beautiful example of this refined set with a refined design from this great designer. Henry Walter Klein is a Norwegian, a cabinetmaker for the Norwegian Royal Navy who studied in Denmark with Finn Juhl. Bramin is a Danish manufacturer.
