"Angel Carrying A Candlestick, Carved, Painted And Gilded Wood, Tirol 18th Century"
Beautiful winged angel in carved, painted and partially gilded wood, in the round, mounted on a rectangular base. The angel holds a candle stick in the shape of a burning heart in his left hand. Sublime work of an Austrian sculptor, probably Tirol from the 18th century. As is (small wear to the polychromy and gilding).
