Delicate ring size in milky white opaline and gilded and patinated bronze frame. The opaline cup is decorated with a fine decoration of red enameled flowers and gilding. The cup is set in a finely chiseled gilded bronze setting with small hooks. An unrolling gilded bronze snake supports the opaline cup. The circular base in gilded and patinated bronze is decorated with motifs of scrolls and stylized roses.
Restoration, Charles X, circa 1820-1830.
Some wear to the gold.
