Portrait of Judith staged in a baroque frame, in shades of ochres and browns .
Exceptional in size and quality of execution lithography put in colors in the workshops of Goupil by the master colorist to serve as a reference model to other colourists. Heightened with gouache, watercolor and arabic gum .
Judith is represented in an oval brown medallion, conceived and designed by the master colorist of the Goupil workshop.

Outstanding state of conservation (mint) rare.
Extremely decorative. This print was used by the famous italian editor Franco Maria Ricci (1937-2020) for one cover of the magazine F.M.R. which he created in 1982, and which was named after Jacqueline Kennedy's saying : "the most beautiful magazine in the world". (source : wikipedia)
