Rare wall shelf designed by the architect and designer Herbert Hirche (1910-2002). Unlike the models on the market, this one has elements in solid padauk (and not in teak veneer as with the majority of models) as well as black “claustra” walls in laminate, optional elements that were already rarer at the time. few copies of which have survived to this day. In all likelihood, a piece of furniture. This is a modular shelf but we recommend keeping it in the configuration presented for aesthetic and practical reasons (Ladders drilled at the time for some reinforcements, adjustment of the black walls) New locks and key heads machined in brass massive. (The 'key' to the secretary lid is a handle). Some marks of normal wear (Foot, scratch on a box, see photos). However, we consider the condition to be “Very Good”. Due to its construction, this piece of furniture is particularly heavy (approximately 100kg). Assembly time 2 hours, two people. Bibliography “New Furniture”.
