Art Deco painting oil painting on canvas View of Paris Montmartre district signed lower right LAVOINE (Robert Lavoine 1916-1999) and titled on the left "Paris - Rue Lepic" and countersigned & titled by the artist on the back of the canvas. Beautiful composition showing the beginning of rue Lepic animated by characters, with the Montmartre hill adorned with the Galette mill on the left and in the panoramic background the dome of the Basilica of the Sacré Coeur.
