Empire France circa 1810, decorated bronze case, partly gilded, ellipsoid-shaped base, atop a stylized column with a clock, burnished body, flanked by bearing arms, decorated bezel, enamel dial (restored).

Pendulum movement with wire suspension of the pendulum, half-hour strike on bell.
