"Louis XVI Italian Chest Of Drawers"
Italian Louis XVI chest of drawers with three drawers and truncated pyramid legs panelled in various woods with threaded panel decoration. The woods used of walnut, boxwood and rosewood joined together with different grain orientations give the piece of furniture an extremely decorative effect due to the different refraction of light on the woods. Made in northern Italy in the first decades of the 19th century, this chest of drawers is in need of restoration to bring it back to its former glory.
