Art Deco secretary / bookcase circa 1930 in Mahogany and burl Mahogany. Furniture opening on the front on the sides via two large doors giving access to a storage space with five levels, height adjustable by racks, the door panels are like the sides composed of a central part in mahogany burr veneer and each side a solid Mahogany projecting part. The central projection part is composed in the upper part by a storage niche, the central part consists of a secretary with flap held in place by brass compasses, the interior part has storage niches and two small drawers, the interior is made of birch veneer. Under the secretary section there are three drawers. The top of the furniture ends with a molded cornice as well as the inverted ogee base. Solid brass hardware. Authentic Art Deco period furniture, fully restored in our cabinetmaking workshop. Buffer varnish finish (resistant to splashes of water, alcohol, etc.) refurbished.
